We provide structured training, mentorship, and clear guidelines so that every volunteer operates consistently and to the same high standards. New volunteers learn our protocols, documentation requirements, and how we work with law enforcement before they contribute to operations.

We offer checklists and best-practice templates for reporting, documentation, and digital safety. These tools help families and community members know when and how to report concerns, and how to preserve evidence when necessary.
